Varies, he has some stuff in his kit dedicated to being ranged and overall tends to mix things up. Sora usually gets up close out of the opponent following him, so he can abuse the range gap early-on at the very least.

Kratos does have resistance to fate manipulation for the time being, but would a resistance even be applicable here?

Kratos does resist fate hax IIRC, but yeah he has no counter for High-Godly.

It's not labeled as fate manipulation since it links to a verse power page, but I'm sure you can imagine that "the Power of the Fates" encompasses fate manipulation.
