Would I be allowed to make a profile over RackaRacka's portrayal of Ronald McDonald? It follows its own universe and their portrayal is very different from the company's namesake.

I agree with this satement, it seems more like something that belongs on FC/OC, due to it being a parody/fanmade version of a licenced characterConsidering the character is based off a licensed official character, I don't think this version is usable in here. But this version could be usable in FC/OC
He's already thereOr Joke Battles.
We already have multiple characters on the wiki who are licensed characters. They just differ from/have there own narrative to distinguish them as separate entities. In this case Ronald in the Youtube series is depicted as a murderous psychopath dead set on making everyone eat McDonalds.Considering the character is based off a licensed official character, I don't think this version is usable in here. I did not know this site existed. This will make creating the page a lot easierHe's already there
Ronald McDonald (RackaRacka)
Ronald is the psychotic, murderous, hot-tempered, cruel, two-faced, violent, pedophile, aggressive, caring, good-hearted, evil, mean and psychopathic clown mascot and manager of the McDonald's fast food restaurant chain who can't handle any form of criticism and hates restaurants other than...joke-battles.fandom.com
Except half of those characters you linked are actually pieces of official work and not fan work. On SCP's part, I have no idea how that even works for themWe already have multiple characters on the wiki who are licensed characters. The thing is, most of those guys are either licenced characters by their companies or are parodies from licenced media, like the Family Guy Kool-Aid Man. The only exception is the SCP, but SCP gets a lot of exceptions from this wikiWe already have multiple characters on the wiki who are licensed characters. That still leaves Family Guy and SCP then.Except half of those characters you linked are actually pieces of official work and not fan work. On SCP's part, I have no idea how that even works for them

RackaRacka is just a Youtube channel that makes fanmade gory parodies of things, not an actual licenced IP or anything
Question barrage heads up! So a parody character has to be licensed in order to be applicable? What does that even mean if so? If SCP can get away with it then does that mean it has a chance of being allowed in VSBW? How would I go about creating/updating the page in that wiki that was linked, are their rules similar to here? And finally would I be able to make VS matches with that other wiki here?If it's an official parody like Kool-Aid Man in Family Guy, then I think it would get a pass. But seeing as how this is RackaRacka, who I don't think is a brand channel, I doubt the wiki would be too happy about it.
I'm pretty sure SCP is also a brand at this point, but that's just guesswork on my part. That still leaves Family Guy and SCP then.

Once these are answered I'll stop bugging y'all I swearQuestion barrage heads up! So a parody character has to be licensed in order to be applicable? What does that even mean if so? Yes. To be on Vs Battles Wiki it typically has to be a licenced brand of some sorts unless you're something like SCP or the Vita Carnis series, which are kind of loopholes. But that doesn't mean that any unlicenced properties can just be put on Vs Battles Wiki.Question barrage heads up! So a parody character has to be licensed in order to be applicable? Not really. As stated earlier, SCP gets a lot of acceptions made for it. Even if we wanted to remove the SCP universe, not only do they have a massive amount of supporters on the site and removing it would inevitably make many people upset and have a massive amount of backlash, but it's debatebly one of the most popular series ever in powerscaling, up there with Marvel, DC, Dragon Ball, Naruto, ect. Removing that verse would be like removing one of the previously mentioned verses. It's that popular with powerscalers. RackaRacka will likely not have even close to that level of support from the wiki.If SCP can get away with it then does that mean it has a chance of being allowed in VSBW?
I'm not a member of Jokes Battles Wiki, so I couldn't tell you. It would probably be better to ask this question there. How would I go about creating/updating the page in that wiki that was linked, are their rules similar to here? And finally would I be able to make VS matches with that other wiki here?
