Considering Gwen reaction speed scales to Aggregor flight speed and Aggregors own flight speed scales to his combatt speed, I'd say more characters gonna be MFTL+ than MFTL.

Wait I just thought of something, shouldn’t the Tachyon Cannon be as fast as the user? It would be a pretty useless weapon if it was billions of times slower than whoever Malware or Vilgax were trying to use it against, especially since it usually has a bit of charge time. Plus it has hit stuff too.

Yes, it is, generally, So base Ben will be mftl+ reaction speed for dodging it. I meant as for calc we have to assume it to be moving at normal radiation speed so as to not derive inflated result and thus, calc staking/your mom.

Why don't mana users have conceptual manipulations? Mana in Ben 10 is the same energy of the universe, which extends through all space-time to higher dimensions. If there is no mana, probably there will be no life in the universe?

You would need more context for that, but I guess you can give Alien x concept manp type 2 for changing it's nature.
But I think info manp type 2 for Omnitrix might be better
