Well, here comes the ultimate debate: Who's more skilled?
With picking up crap and using it: probably Austin

With just their hands: Brawler almost definitely, thankfully he's not very dodgey otherwise this'd probably be a skill stomp

Give me some examples of how skilled Brawler is while I take a shower and respond when I get out.
even the most basic of Wolf Spider Soldiers are highly trained soldiers above most military solders on the planet and are equipped with these things called guns

Each Arachnos base has not just Wolf Spiders, but Night Widows(Assassins who are masters of poison and stupidly flexible) Fortunas(Psychics who are also very flexible), Bane Spiders(Literally command tac ops), and Crab Spiders(Swats in armor that's probably thicker then your wrist and have four extra appendages on their back.), and some giant robot spiders and more psychics and magic users

each of these are better trained then the Wolf Spiders, and Heroes can clear establishments with hundreds of these guys and gals at a time(yes, they can harm heroes), and Back Alley Brawler upscales from these people, but could be overwhelmed in his early years due to lack of AoE, something he's gotten better at dealing with since his early years

And considering the Rikiti War had similar odds for Brawler, it is actually consistent...

Oh and he can tag people who can dodge rain, hail, rains of fire, being mind controlled, explosions at point blank-- you get the point.

Brawler is downright scary
