I haven't even played it yet, but merging all the Universes that were in the game I think would at least guarantee that
Since there are verses that have infinite cosmology like Saint and Dragon Ball games, from what I heard Jojo also has infinite cosmology, at least 6D or 5D should give

Only the Classic Saint Seiya manga is in Shonen Jump, so he wouldn’t benefit from anything not in the original run of the Saint Seiya manga.

From what I remember Saint Seiya where it is mentioned that having infinite universes is part of cosmology, according to you, so all cosmology is scaled together, but we only need Dragon Ball to level up Prometheus

Little brother you are not understanding. The Saint Seiya spin offs aren’t published in WSJ, they’re published by Akita Shonen, they’re aren’t included in this game. Anything not in the original classic manga does not apply to jump force.

The complexity of the character is that he supposedly transcends all of Shonen Jump. Apparently that could be interpreted as including Marvel because Marvel appears in numerous crossovers with series like Boku no Hero Academia as well as the whole Marvel x Shonen Jump+ collaboration. Which if counted would include the Marvel cosmology.
Another part of it simply wank of other characters in Jump. For example, Najimi Ajimu who is only 3-A here but gets wanked to 1-A for having a skill that states she 'transcends dimensions'. Essentially Jump Force wank scales off Jump wank. The more wanked Jump characters are the more wanked Prometheus is.

I dont think he scales to anyone lorewise him fighting anyone in game mode won't count if I am not wrong otherwise one piece fandom would have already made a profile for him given that there mc could have been tier 2a back then and low 1c now
