I'll approach my analysis as a challenge to Aragorn.
Zoro's number of swords won't be a problem for Aragon, who can fight multiple Nazgul at once. Presuming he doesn't have his oneshot amp, aka his sword, he should have his longbow and his elven dagger, meaning he would favor ranged attacks. He won't have any issues with stamina unless the fight lasts about a day, and Zoro would be having problems by that point as well. He won't have any issue with the willpower or resolve to keep fighting. He also has the skill to contend with his foe.
However, he doesn't have the advantage Zoro has: the ability to pull some bullshit. Zoro lost 5 gallons of blood, and recovered from it 365 times faster than he was supposed to. He can react to attacks he doesn't even see coming. He's getting stronger, he's making air slashes, and most of all, he's just making this up on the fly. He learned Advanced Armament out of nowhere solely so he could beat one guy. Yeah, everyone on pretty much any good crew has Adaptation, because Skypiea, but this guy learned an endgame power-up in the second saga. At this point in the series, you were looking for the biggest threat on the crew, it was Zoro.
This is basically a battle of Aragorn trying to take Zoro out before he:
A. Closes the gap in power
B. Increases his speed enough to win
C. Increases his skill enough to win
D. Makes up a new technique to win him the fight
E. Lands a Shishi Sonson in a vital area
F. Removes or destroys Aragorn's weapons(Aragorn can't easily destroy Zoro's weapons because Wado Ichimonji has H7A+ Dura, Yubashira has 7-B Dura, and Sandai Kitetsu also has H7A+ Dura)
or
G. Tires him out by easily blocking him with Analytical Prediction
