Honestly, I dunno. All I've heard so far is he can redirect attacks, travel through time and no-diff an army of T-800s

He travels through time because he is time travel himself (at least from my knowledge)

Altho, I remember his duty is fix timeline as well.

Yeah, currently on issue #1. He already no diffed a T-800 and fixes time-lines.
