Yeah, someone brought it to my attention that it's just on the Vatista wiki page that she uses Photokinesis but I genuinely cannot find any scans.

I checked in Start Up Navi but I don't seem to mention anything about photokinesis, also a bit disappointed that it doesn't even mention any light stuff in Seth's Infinite EXS Worth

She use her gauntlet energy to create explosion, don't that qualify? I read the page, and It looks like it qualify

the ability to generate spontaneous explosions at will.

Here another example.
She grab the Guy, and her gauntlet send him flying with a explosion.

the move where she grabs someone and generates an explosion is called "Mika's Cannon"

Probably not, Under Night lacks actual descriptions on certain moves unless we wanna go through the pain-staking task of looking at untranslated JP content.
