That doesn't mean anything, as he didn't propel himself. Saitama hit him upwards.

But anyway, I'm re-reading the manga fight scenes, and I'll concede that Released Boros' fight scenes don't show clearly whether he has Flight or not, since it could just be some really powerful Acrobatics
But Meteoric Burst Boros hovering over the spaceship for multiple pages while performing CSRC, plus even rising higher than and away from the position that he was in after regenerating makes me think that, at the very least, he should have Restricted Flight

Pseudo flight is supported by him being capable of using energy as a booster, along with the released boros clashing with saitama while seemingly not jumping off of anything but eachother and the air, which is a minor choreography detail that is supported as flight in the anime.
