why are some sky lander's 3-A

Characters like hammer slam Bowser and etc

Are 3-A because they are comparable to a character who can threaten all planets in the universe which for some reason is considered 3-A

Is that really 3-A?
 
Some of them seem to mention the destruction of skylands, which i'm guessing are universes there, no idea tbh
