The speeds y'all are using is supercar territory and I can tell you with a straight face that this won't be the speed that boat's ramming Bernard at. That's not a hydroplane boat, that's your average rando speedboat. 70-100 mph or 31.3-44.7 m/s.

Also, these boats on average weigh 680-1100 kg (Fishing boat body type).

Average is 85 mph or 38 m/s. Average mass being 890 kg.
