quick easy question on "Memories" and "The mind."

Does the wiki default "memories" to being tied (one and the same) with the mind/consciousness?||

Not necessarily. A character can manipulate memory without possessing the capability to control other aspects of the mind (such as emotions or perception), hence why Memory Manipulation and Mind Manipulation are two separate abilities.

hhmmm well what im particularly concerned with here is that in a verse im reading currently. Their power source "holds their memories" and thus they can impart their techniques and knowledge to the next generation as they pass their "power on"

but this power source isn't only holding "memories" it is directly conencted to the mind itself. Connected as in linked.

If you have sufficient evidence in-context to prove the two are synonymous, then it would count as both.
