It depends on a lot of factors like how big the nations are, what method is being used to destroy them and whether it's overtime or not. It is also important to note whether destroying a nation is in a direct sense as in blowing it up or just casuing massive overall damage like after a war. Basically it can be anywhere from 9-B/9-A to High 6-A.

yeah this isnt a straightforward feat you can give a general assumed tier to, how big are the countries, how many, how long did it take, one attack?, does it even say?, etc
