Does infinite energy = High 3-A

"Infinite energy" and "infinite joules" can mean the same thing, which does qualify for High 3-A, but they often do not. One would have to prove that "infinite energy" is in relation to conventional energy yield, rather than, like, a neverending power source or "infinite power, hahaha!".

I guess in the context of this scene this guy has a device which pulls Energy from a realm of infinite energy and he's powered by said infinite energy.

then it's not worth any tier unless it's shown that he exhausts all of that energy at some point, which means he would have had to been using infinite energy to some extent
but if you have a guns loaded with 9 billion bullets, it's not 9 billion bullets worth of power unless they're all released in a single blast

Infinite energy is not a high 3a success unless it comes out of a single attack.
