Kadath/Nirvana/Atziluth is baseline, The Throne/Kether is one layer, The Realm Beyond Heaven and Earth is two, The Great Will's universe is three, Philemon and Nyarlathotep are four, Adam Kadmon and Stephen are five, The Great Reason is six.

This is almost identical to what I said. Binah and Chokmah are spheres of the Atziluth, which is the highest world in the Tree of Life. Lucifer ascended to a higher state of existence in SMTV, known as the "Realm Behond Heaven and Earth", and is a layer deeper than Kether.
