Yamato vs Boa Hancock

Hancock's powers are ranged and require shorter actions to perform her Petrification. They scale to the same speed value thus Yamato turns to stone.

Regardless of that, Yamato attacking with their kanabo isn't stopping Hancock from turning them to stone.
 
Yamato and Boa Hancock are both Strong and Fast (both are Multi-Continent level and FTL), but Hancock can turn Yamato into Stone, so i'm voting Hancock FRA
 
Here's the thing: Considering Boa Marigold has Advanced Armament, and Hancock is implied to be way above her and Sandersonia, I doubt Hancock doesn't also have Advanced Armament, and on a considerably higher level. It's also worth noting that Blackbeard, a Yonko with good Observation Haki, was certain that if he let go of her neck, she would have speed blitzed him and the remainder of the Marines on the island with Perfume Femur. Also, Hancock's bounty is higher than the bounty of people like King, which implies she got that mostly due to just her raw strength. However, perhaps Yamato could output Haki to stop the effects of Hancock's fruit, but that's ignoring the fact that Hancock is likely to have Haki at least close to Yamato's level, plus Yamato probably isn't aware that Haki can negate Devil Fruit effects. Basically, I'm voting Hancock.

Also I think you should remove the vote for Yamato- The guy who voted for her had their points disproved already.

Gonna rattle off an argument for Yamato real quick so this isn't another fra train. Yamato's haki could perhaps allow her to overcome Hancock's devil fruit powers. Yamato could dodge Hancock's attacks and then bonk them. Not changing my vote just presenting some points.

I dunno man, Hancock's pretty fast, plus she has observation. The haki part makes sense though, but if Yamato gets speed blitzed before she outputs Conqueror's or drops her guard then she's getting popped

Yamato's speed scales higher. Boa was overwhelmed by Blackbeard. And Kaidou was matched and at a few points surpassed by Yamato in speed.
