But the character later divides the material of the 9 universes to form a lot of universes so is he 2C or 2B in that case?

At EOS, the MC has a ability that makes anything that is part of his offspring's body his own body and he consumes the entirity of the universe by separating it into millions of smaller universes with their own singularities. The in verse explanation is that all universe singularities have the same power but the energy given to a singularity makes the levels different.
