I think it should be considered, the writers wrote Geno to be at this level despite vs battle not considering it canon to marvel.

He scales to it discorporating him at a molecular level. He does not scale to the AP power of the Zero Point.

Because all that is happening is he is resisting its effect of discorporation. He isn't getting directly attacked by its raw AP and withstanding it

It's uncontrolled energy. He'd still have to endure the force of it.

Doesn't mean it is the Zero Point's full AP that Geno is enduring. And even if it is, that would only scale to his durability
