Yea. Though, if you kill someone in the past and they're still alive in the present, then it's type 1 Acausality.

Only if they are Acausal. Otherwise, their present self ceases to exist.

Maybe if the verse don't have different timeline shinanigans where if you change an event from the past it will just create an another timeline which means his present self will still exist i think there are some verse like that
