Can Robots resist status effects due to their physiology alone?

I'd so no unless there's most details to explain how a restrain or paralysis spell works. Robots would inherently resist things like blood bending due to not having blood or most poisons that are more so designed to spread throughout the blood streams, but being a robot alone wouldn't really mean they resist electrical paralysis by default.

Okay, what about a shadow based paralysis that’s described to hold the target in place?
