Webnovel or Royalroad probably, Fanfiction.net is as it sounds, a place where anyone to write fan fiction/smutfiction so it would never be allowed on the vb wiki.

I mean yes, but its mostly for... Well fanfiction, no real reason to use it over platforms like Webnovel or Royalroad.
