Ways to make yourself fall asleep?

Well i've searched and tried ways but seems to not work. So if anyone of you knows to know an effective method, could you please give one?
 
Put the fatness gram pacer test on a 10 hour loop or chose a random physics audiobook and put it on play. You'll fall asleep in no time
 
You can close all lights, close your phone and shut your eyes and try to clear your head. If that doesn't work then close all lights and dim phone light to maximum then watch something like rain ambiance or space videos (I recommend SEA) or any content that you find calming.
 
Use blue light filters (More like a folk remedy than hard science but it might help)

Shut devices down at least a hour before sleeping.

Spend the hour pondering about your day and tomorrow. Alternativly, read factual/science books.

Have a tiresome day before sleeping, do sports in the evening

Keep away from all caffeine products.
 
Some peaceful instrumental music has helped, and for me, the sound of electric fans also helps me sleep.
 
Listen to any Post Blinding Lights music by The Weekend that doesn’t have a featuring artist
 
Don't eat too much shortly before sleeping (although I heard drinking a little milk can help).
Then get an evening ritual going. Just a bunch of stuff that you always do before going to bed.
Open the window a little to let some oxygen in and otherwise make sure the room is a good temperature.
Personally, I like listening to audiobooks that I already know pretty well. It strikes a good balance between keeping my thoughts occupied enough to not start pondering stuff and not being interesting enough to keep me awake.

If you can't fall asleep for a while, get up, do something else for a little, and try again.

Also drip some chloroform unto a pillow and press it unto your face until you fall asleep.
 
Constantly blink your eyes for about 1-2 minutes.

Your muscles will exhaust.
 
I watch ASMR and fell asleep. I have issues with sleeping also because I am a light sleeper.
 
Do not eat before sleeping. You’re body takes time to digest food which can make it harder for you to fall asleep.

Dont use your phone right before sleeping. If you are bored go pick up a book and read.

Drink plenty of water.

A cold shower. A reduced temperature is great. Showering everyday sounds excessive but you should be showering once every two days regardless. (Just splash your face with cold water if you dont wish to shower daily)

Thats pretty much it. I had a small bout of “took-an-hour-to-fall-asleep-itis” and this helped a ton. Hope it works for you 👍
 
Convince yourself that Saitama got limits on his strength. I think you can sleep better

It depends on what the issues are an over active mind can prevent ones like hypnosis or just trying to calm the mind without outside help from working along with others if that is the case I recommend either writing it out or using music to drown them out both take a while but it is better than just waiting for the body to collapse. If it is because you simply aren't tired many of the tricks above should be able to help.
