karma is the frame work that makes up everything in existence. it is more fundamental than the mānas-vijñāna as it resides deeper than the essence that makes up Chi and deeper than the mind, and soul. it is completely independent of the multiverse because it is what that drives the multiverse through "change/transience/impermance." This shows that it is completely independent of those realities, and it can exist without them as those realities can disappear. Karma is the reason for the whole cycle of Samsara.

Does this sound like a type 1 concept?

note: it has no statements of it being a concept. Im just assuming it could be one because its more fundamental than Soul, Consciousness, and information. It also makes up the framework of everything in existence. This is why im assuming it could be one.

I think more evidence is needed, you have to prove that "everything in existence" contains infinitely higher dimensions or at least many higher dimensions, as if no matter how many higher dimensions are added, the karma will still be higher

its evne more fundamental than a source though. "essence" i quoted is also a source and its more fundamental than that "Essence"
