how to get level 1A examples verses know to don't know wiki

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly. Are you asking for examples of 1-A verses and how they achieved their ranking?

There are multiple ways to achieve such a rating. Since I'm most familiar with Megami Tensei, I'll be using that verse as an example.

One way to achieve a 1-A ranking is to transcend the "concept of dimensions" (though this does require some further elaboration). Simply stating that a given character/realm/etc is transcendent will not warrant the rating itself - instead, you need to clarify that the "concept of dimensions" refers to all possible extensions of dimensions (High 1-B structures) as opposed to simply the dimensional structures present within the context of that specific verse.

During the events of Quantum Devil Saga, a novel in the Megami Tensei canon, a character enters a realm that fits under those prerequisites - and is described as such:
"After I disappeared, I could see everything that everyone was doing", Serph continued. In Sera’s case, she was blocked by the shell, and the blast was contained within the EGG. But as for me, I continued to expand further and farther than her, expanding beyond the boundaries of this dimension. For a quantum-based being, just the normal 3 dimensions were far too small, and nothing more than the lowest, most basic tier dimensions. Or possibly, what I had done was expand beyond even the concept of “dimension” and into an unknown space. I didn’t fully understand it myself—or rather, it’s just that I lacked the words to explain it.
A cat... a black cat with silvery eyes sat with its tail wrapped around its matching limbs. Its mouth didn't move, yet it was certainly talking. In this <Place> where there is no up, down, heaven, and earth, the cat's ears twitched calmly and its silvery eyes blinked unhesitantly.
These are severely out-of-context, but the point is to illustrate that the book explains how this realm is not simply a higher dimension, but rather a place where dimensions are irrelevant entirely (hence the "there is no, down" segment).
