Question for One Piece scales

Why is just about every character on this wiki scaled to Sub-Relatvistic to Relativistic speed? There’s a few exceptions but most of them don’t make much sense. For instance Ace is FTL, and so are the Admirals. Usopp has Rel, so does Nami, but also Gear 4 Luffy? Doflamingo? Sanji?

I know the scales will be updated after Wano ends, but I’m so confused on how speed scaling was done before Wano. Ace should never have been superior to Doflamingo, and in turn Sanji, Luffy, Zoro, etc. Even Queen… Queen, has his scale at SoL. What’s the deal?

According to the wiki, Luffy became Relativistic right after Sky Island during Long Ring Long Land. Base Luffy is Rel in speed. This translated to Usopp, and all of the straw hats I presume, and CP9 should be far faster than them. However for Blueno, for example, it just says at least Rel, higher with Soru.

Then Katakuri says Rel+, higher, then far higher. Everyone from Foxy to Katakuri can’t be Rel to Rel+, and then higher or far higher, while Ace is sitting comfortably at FTL. Big Mom too, even tho Luffy should be comparable to her during Whole Cake Island, Jinbe too. Big Mom doesn’t blitz anyone. Everyone that fights her can react to her at least, Brook included.

If Relativistic is a baseline for speed by Water 7, then now there should be a lot more FTL and FTL+ characters. I’d argue possibly, possibly, MFTL for Katakuri on up. Seeing the future in real time is definitely a crazy feat for Luffy, only for Katakuri to surpass even that.

In the case of ace and big mom, ace and big mom are top tier characters that scale to many of the verse's strongest characters such as yonko and admirals. Dudes like doflamingo and katakuri are nothing in comparison.

Ace is nothing to Katakuri and Doflamingo. He’s not a top tier. He stalemated with Yamato in cuffs without her DF abilities, he stalemated with Jinbe, he was relative to pre TS Smoker. Ace’s feats are not Yonko level.

No, the post-TS SPEED isn't starting yet.
They finished PRE-TS' lifting, speed and AP very recently.
They finished post-TS until whole cake's AP recently as well and are currently undergoing the wano revisions. When those are done, post-TS speed and Lifting will be handled seperately.

Yamato is going to be relative to Kaidou soon. He stalemated Jinbe before he was a Fleet Commander, hell before he was even a member. Ace was super casual against Smoker.
Ace has Yonko feats. If you want to remove them then make a CRT.

I’m not saying Ace isn’t deserving of his scale. What I was saying was in reference to the guy trying to say Ace was on a whole other level than Katakuri and Doflamingo
