I’ll make analysis based on their abilities and their profiles. For one, Sasuke is listed as having Sub-Relativistic reactions during the Five Kage Summit, which means he’d be capable of reacting to the attacks of the Pains more easily. However, their shared vision and ability to work in unison would probably be enough to overwhelm Sasuke if they attack from multiple directions.
The Pains can go from 7-B to High 7-A, so while Sasuke could probably hold his own against or even defeat the 7-B Pains, he’d have a harder time against the other High 7-A Pains and could again be easily overwhelmed by them. Sasuke has the Chidori which could easily cut through the High 7-A Pains, though he couldn’t keep it up continuously or he’d just drain his stamina.
There’s also his Susanoo, which he could use to protect himself from the Pains. However, he’s still very inexperienced using the Susanoo during the Five Kage Summit, and while he could develop it in-battle, I’m not sure that he’d have enough time if he was dealing with attacks from all the Pains.
Sasuke could use the Amaterasu, though Pain could absorb the jutsu, and even if it managed to take out some of the Pains, they could just use the Naraka Path and summon the King of Hell to fix themselves.
Sasuke could put some of the Pains under Genjutsu, but there’s no way he could get all of them at once.
Meanwhile, the Deva Path could easily harm or kill an unprotected Sasuke and potentially damage the Susanoo. The Animal Path could summon various creatures to assist him, and though Sasuke has his own summons, I don’t think he can summon as many creatures as Pain can, nor do they possess abilities as diverse as Pain’s summons do. He could easily restrain Sasuke and use the Human Path to suck out Sasuke’s soul. Then, if he feels desperate enough, he can finish it with the Chibaku Tensei, which Sasuke has no defense against.
Sasuke’s abilities are almost the same as Itachi’s but less refined. The Six Paths of Pain already beat Itachi before in another thread, so not sure how Sasuke could do much better, and since Itachi was a member of the Akatsuki, Pain would already be familiar with Sasuke’s techniques. So overall, the Pains would win this one, which is welcome since he’s had so many losses.
