what speed is this?
stated it can travel Faster than Light n it can travel to another dimension in an instant
 
"Traveling to another dimension in an instant" is too vague to be measured without any verifiable distance component. At best, FTL.
 
speaking of the title, would it be possible to bend FTL into Immeasurable by making characters follow the laws of relativity and make FTL feats act as they would in the real world? (the closer to SoL and FTL you get the more time gets ****** up)

Incredibly situational and needs to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
 
"Traveling to another dimension in an instant" is just dimensional travel, but the Faster than Light statement qualifies as FTL yeah.
