Is this qualify for tier 1?

Hey guys I just wanna ask something, is this qualify for tier 1?
There were two characters who outgrew the multiverse(2A) ,including its own space-time and transcended the concept/rule/law/causality of that multiverse as well. But when they were sent to a different dimension, they were nothing but mere molecules and still be affected by that dimension's law, for example: despite transcending space-time of the entire multiverse, they still got affected by this dimension's concept of time that made them go very slow.

Define transcendance, and in what way?

As for being smaller than a molecule... Idk, feels like really really higher into tier 2A but not tier low 1c. Molecules are still observable and all, and as such, don't grant infinite superiority

Can you give more context on how the transcendence work please?

They used their spells to control the flow of time, causality, and reality to their will, but the spell's forces were so powerful that the multiverse collapsed. After that they were sent to a different dimension where they continually outgrew the dimension's size and destroyed it. Then they were sent to another dimension where it is so big that they were nothing but molecules, the text directly said that "the two machines who have enough mass and force to destroy dimension were nothing but molecules".Yet, they still kept growing infinitely until this universe collapsed. Then there came the slow dimension where the flow of time was so slow that it affected the two characters who had already destroyed multiverses and control space and time on a multiversal scale, this dimension was also later destroyed by them.

They seems to be in the high line of 2a.

I'll need some time to think about this though if they really were tier 1.
(i don't think so though kinda need more context than that but you can just wait for another opinion for this.)

Yeah maybe some scans would help, can you send some scans please?
Here
"In order to create time flow for their own, two tangled time manipulation spells grabbed space time structure and twisted it with invisible hands. Between two enormous strengths, the universe screamed and exploded."
"The two Deus Machinas bounced back, and started gathering power again. As Liber Legis increased its size, Demonbane did the same. Both robots became much bigger, bigger, bigger, bigger…. When they clashed, the universe couldn‟t handle the energy, but collapsed. Next---, They were in a huge universe. Even the two deus machina with enough force to destroy universe were less than a mere molecule."
"Next---, They were in slow universe. Here, flow of time was heavy as tar, so it was difficult for them to move even with time manipulation spell. They could clearly recognize when their techniques happens and moves. Defense and counter were easily achievable. There was no concept of reaction speed. Only perfect strategy like checkmate move could decide the outcome."

My point based on the fact that they still had the same size/mass/force after destroying the Big Universe and they kept increasing ininfintely throughout the entire fight, wouldn't that make every universe they encountered later on in their fight superior to the to the last?

This should be tier 1 or atleast in the high lines of tier 2.

Also instant death if i remember correctly.
yes they worked in the same way as Instant Death, the moment they destroy the current dimension/universe they instantly moved to another dimension/universe that was bigger than the previous ones. The fight happen across the infinite universes
"The two machine gods changed size and shape, rebuilt spell structures, flew and ran through hundreds,
thousands of worlds, and fought.
At one point, the two people swung thousand swords. At other point, they became bullets.
At certain point, they traded attacks in femto second(). At another point, they spent billions years to
clash with imposing hits.
At one point, they vibrated dimension through clash of swords. At another time, they destroyed
dimension with bombarding shells.
They accelerated, reversed, stopped or decimated flow of cause and effect, destroyed, created
infinite number of universes, painted the history over and clashed."

Does this qualify for 1B?

I think it can qualify as 1b or atleast possibly 1b.

(If it doesn't qualify as 1b then it's tier would probably be like 2a or Low1c/1c possibly higher.)

You should probably wait for a second opinion though.
