Also- Scout has two 9-A keys, which one are you refering to?

Then guess i'll remove the bloodbust from 096, plus i'm choosing the Magic Spells and Power Ups one

Removing bloodlust from 096 makes absolutely no difference whatsoever, since it will still enter a berserk rage the moment Scout sees its face.
