Well, its mostly going to be P&A but lets go ig, oh and also some of the abilities are already in the profiles but im doing a better explaination of them

Heckyl​

well heckyl is a ranger so his stuff will be explained in the rangers thread but he is kinda important

Resistance Negation and Deconstruction (Heckyl's deconstruction works on sledge's prisoners who previously resisted deconstruction)

Sledge ​


Deconstruction (Sledge's weapon can deconstruct the enemy)
Flight (Via jetpack)
Longevity (Over 65 million years old)
Remove Armored Body
Large Size (Type 1), Statistics Amplification and Size Manipulation (Via magna beam)
Teleportation (as seen here)
Weapon Mastery (Master at using his blaster)
Martial Arts and Genius Intelligence (He has an expeirience of over 65 million years, destroying entire galaxies, he is one of the greatest bounty hunters to have ever lived, capable of using war tactics and his intelligence to capture monsters who can not only manipulate probability itself but can also manipulate fate throught reality warping and the list goes on)
Explosion Manipulation (His attacks can create explosions)
Energy Manipulation (Some of his attacks are energy based)
Summoning (Can summon vivix to aid him in combat)
Forcefield Creation (via the purple energem)
Can survive in space like every other monster
Memory Manipulation, Morality Manipulation, Black hole creation, creation and Mind Manipulation (via the dark energem)
Resistance to Deconstruction (Can take Heckyl's attacks and not be deconstructed)
Resistance to Memory Manipulation, Morality Manipulation and Mind Manipulation (not effected by the dark energem)
Resistance to Fire Manipulation (Comparable to Zenowing, Arcanon and Singe)
Resistance to Electricity Manipulation (Capable of taking attacks from the gold ranger without much issue)

Change AP to: At least Large Planet level, likely far higher (Comparable to Lord Arcanon, should be stronger than both badussa and Heckyl)

Badussa​

we have a page on a nothing villain but not fury or snide smh anyways the only scan u need
Petrification (with his amulet he can turn his opponents into stone)
Energy Manipulation (Some of his attacks are energy based)
Explosion Manipulation (His attacks can cause explosions)
Large Size (Type 1), Statistics Amplification and Size Manipulation (via magna beam)
Teleportation (Can teleport)
Summoning (Can summon vivix and spikeballs)
Statistics Amplfication (Can power his energy attacks to create his signature attack called "Badussa Beast Bite")
Martial Arts (Fought against the rangers, said to have destroyed the Kyoryuger Galaxy in an unknown time frame)
Longevity (Million of years old)
Can survive in space like every other monster
Resistance to Deconstruction
Resistance to Fire Manipulation and Electricity Manipulation (Comparable to other monsters like Singe)

Lord Arcanon​

Change Can grow even stronger by growing giant to Statistics Amplification, its very clear cut that all monsters get stronger when they get larger there is no need to explain but have it like
Large Size (Type 1), Statistics Amplification and Size Manipulation (Via magna beam)
Telekenisis (Lifted Heckyl)
Longevity (As old as sledge if not older)
Explosion Manipulation (Was able to blow up Sentai Six)
danmaku, meteor summoning, portal creation (here)
energy manipulation and projection (He can not only do energy attacks but also can also use it to defend himself from attacks creating energy sheilds)(here)
resistance to electricity manipulaion, fire manipulation and explosions manipulation (the combined powers of the rangers hardly even faze him, fine inside singe's ship which Singe compares to a burning meteor)
Martial Arts and Genius Intelligence (Comparable to Sledge)

Creation, Mind Manipulation and Morality Manipulation (Can create dark ego's of the person that touches the dark energem, corrupting their heart and mind completely filling them with destruction)
Black hole creation (can create black holes)
Fusion (Has the power to fuse Zenowing and Doomwing)

4-B key for those who use it? 2 calcs for that idk which one is correct
Those who use it should have 2 keys
Monster by itself | Amped by the dark energem |

His experience might grant him gifted. However, a lot of these points aren't exactly intelligence based.

Idk about the tiers tho, don't like dealing with tiers in general.

Rest seems fine at a glance. Although scans will be appreciated

its not smth big, just remove the arcanon part of his justification cuz arcanon was weakened and sledge was amped at that time

(He is one of the greatest bounty hunters to exist, he has an experience of over 65 million years, destroying entire galaxies, he is very manipulative and constantly finds crative ways to defeat his opponents, he finds people like fury to be poor fighters despite the latter fighting in countless galaxies for thousand if not million years, he managed to capture the most dangerous beings in the universe including wish star who can manipulate fate via reality warping, iceage who can freeze entire planets, puzzler who always uses his intelligence who is comparable to riley who can do with super accuracy, extremely hard equations in seconds and the list goes on)

this is the new text for sledge's martial arts and intelligence
 
Lord Arcanon is mostly okay.
When beings get stronger because they grow, it's just Size Enhancement of Size Manipulation. It's not Statistics Amplification.
Change to danmaku via summoning meteors via portal creation.
How did he blow up Sentai Six?
Are we allowing abilities from the comics?
