Question about energy potential and tier

Let say a verse had a form of level system for energy. Starting from the level 0, it equal to amount of energy enough to destroy a infinite 3-D space. The energy jump From one level to another are equate to uncountable infinite. Basically it use aleph to count the amount of energy.

This single character had amount of energy at level 5 based on that energy system. Would it be enough for tier 1?

Without further context, no. Without evidence that this energy can effect higher dimensions, these would all be varying degrees of High 3-A.

if this is indeed 1c, then shouldn't scaling chains that uncountably infinitly power different between each character be hd aswell?

i mean you need to prove that it is uncountable infinity first and that is a whole nother level of a pain in the ass to the point where its easier to just do basic higher dimensional stuff than that.

another con of that is that it is probably nigh-impossible to go any higher than 1 dimension since without the other dimensional requirements you're probably not proving uncountable infinity of uncountable infinities.

Hmm... what if I word it like this.
Once you reach higher level like from level 0 to level 1, your existence elevate to much higher degree causing the person to separate himself from the the universe as the universe won’t be able to hold such powerful existence.

It describe energy like that of an infinite ocean. No matter how much you add or multiply the amount of water in it even if it is that amount is infinite would still make it infinite. To reach the next level, an uncountable infinite water is required.

When you reach new level of energy, a new world are create around you. A complete trascendental world from the previous one to act as a ‘container’ for the power that person hold. Of course, if your amount of energy increase to new level, the ‘container’ wouldn’t be able to contain it anymore and that person would separate from the world creating much more of transcendental world.

The two character with different level of energy can’t even interact with another because lower level energy user can’t even comprehend such amount of energy also the higher level energy user would cause complete destruction upon all low level users and the world around them simply by showing himself.

Considering you will probably introduce someone who maintains the system of leveling up and is completely trascended over all worlds, you may even get 1a for that specfic guy.

It could go to low 1-a in theory but it's easier to bring in higher dimensions.

Also if we do the whole uncountable infinity thing but the characters in question show no higher dimensional traits then it could get nullified
