The boy, Bran Stark, has the ability to send his consciousness through time to see events of the past, present and future in the form of dreams. In the scene, he was seeing an event from the past where the Night King (the blue guy) appears, who is able to see and touch Bran's consciousness. When he touches him, it affects Bran's physical body in the present, leaving a mark with which the Night King of the present is able to always know Bran's location. What abilities would the Night King have?

Wasn't actually quite sure on that side effect that the Night King left onto him, he did affect him quite physically, and I did assume it had something to do with Corruption

This is quite the weird thing.

I guess it can be considered a combination of Clairvoyance and Dream Manipulation for the Night King? Because he sensed what Bran was doing and gained autonomy while inside his dreams.

The rest is a mix of Dream Manip and Biological for leaving the mark, then further Clairvoyance for knowing his location.

Thank you very much. Could it also be Non-Physical Interaction? Since the Night King touches Bran's consciousness, which was in the past, and affects Bran's physical body in the present leaving the mark

I don't think so, because that was a dream version of the Night King (unless I'm wrong) and thus it was on the same plane of existence as Bran's dream self.

If that was a weird mixture of actual past and not just dream-based clairvoyance, then it might be a weird form of acausality (I'm not sure though) and still clairvoyance.

They are not exactly dreams, rather Bran can send his consciousness through time and see events of the past, present and future. For example in this scene, Bran is seeing the past while being attacked, from there he possesses his friend (Hodor) in the present, which also ends up affecting Hodor from the past; so Bran is able to alter time with his powers. The abilities of the Night King and Bran are very weird
