This character had a conscious will prior to existing, and came into existence by manifesting itself through sheer force of will. It has no DNA and its body isn't made up of any building blocks, it just plain exists.
Right now I went with supernatural willpower, creation, and inorganic physiology, but it still feels off to me and I don't feel like scrolling through more stuff to find a better fit that in all likelihood doesn't exist so I'll ask what the relatively further gone nerds think instead

If their body is stated to be alive then you could give them Life Manipulation for creating it. Also if they can just remake their body as a consciousness then they would technically have Low-Godly Regeneration.
