Does fully outside of laws of causality and have his own realm outside/beyond time and space(universes) and no one can reach his true form, does it grant him acausality type 5?

What if he predates it and make him unbound/outside that plus same context realm like above. Does he is still get it?
Not sure, normally predating something does not mean you exist outside of it. If it's stated he's unbound from Causality though then sure.

No, at best this is type 4, unless he have feats or more statement to prove

There's really no need to exaggerate, and I guess if it's truly transcendent, and he's not easy to interact with him, then yeah he can get that.

I'm guessing this is about Arceus. In which case just assuming it's beyond causality because it predates space/time/universes/etc does not allow us to assume it exists outside causality. You are going to need direct statements to that effect that speak of causality or cause an effect.

So no.
