Vegito was transformed into candy and could still fight and have consciousness. Considering DBS Goku is even stronger than Vegito was at that time would he be able to replicate the feat?
It probably depends which level of transmutation. Technically Vegito didn't resist getting transmuted, but his ki was just so strong that transmuting him didn't null his Ki powers. But it's unknown if it's his pure power level or the combination of that and the idea of two fighters sharing a body. But I lean towards supporting the idea that Goku would do the same thing if such a thing happened.
Resistances don't work like that. And even Vegito didn't resisted being transmutated, as all that happened is that Vegito remained conscious as a candy

Goku didn't showed anything that really amounts to him resisting it. AP doesn't make you resist hax in almost all cases unless they directly rely on ki (like Hakai or Time Skip). Buu's hax is magic, so that doesn't scale to AP, much like how Babidi's magic doesn't
