Well Chidori and his other lightning style attacks probably won't work. Rinnegan tech, Amaterasu, Genjutsu and Susanoo might work against her.
The problem is hax, and Honkai character have smurf resistance, all H1C hax resistance. And also Honkai's hax

Well what does she lead with? Sasuke leads with H2H Combat with some Teleportation thrown in to catch the opponent Off-Guard whenever he sees an opening.
She also lead with close combat, swordmanship to be exact. But Sasuke will be dead if he make contact with the Honkai Energy she infused in her attack
So just don't get hit? Pretty easy to do when he has multi-step Precognition that literally let's him see his opponents moves several seconds before they do them with his Sharingan.

Mei can most likely just break out of Chibaku Tensei, Amaterasu might not work considering she has a resistance to fire (although I'm not sure to what extent).
Saskue has higher ap so chibaku will work, Amaterasu burned the belly of the fire breathing toad Itachi did this and etc since his ap is so hi one shockwave is gg

Even if Sasuke strikes with the Susanoo, it won't do much considering the massive tier difference. Amaterasu may work since Sasuke has flame control, but it really depends on how resistant Mei is to fire (which I'm not sure about).

I agree that Genjutsu might work, and yeah the Amaterasu might work too, but as I said it really depends on Mei's resistance to fire. If it's higher than baseline then Amaterasu isn't a problem, but I'm not sure about that.

That might be true, I'm just sceptical about how resistant Mei is to fire. Maybe a Honkai supporter could clarify that.
Not really that sure, but Mei is capable of fighting Kalpas, who is a very powerful fire user. (Although she did start getting stomped after he went active Honkai reaction mode) There's also Sirin tanking a nuclear bomb at ground zero while she was weakened. (Nuclear bombs are hotter than the core of the sun by millions of degrees)
Yeah, if he get's too close he's pretty much done for, even if he manages to pull off a Genjutsu before losing.
