No they're not a duality unless the setting in a fictional verse states/treats it so. Like how Fire and Water (or Ice) are normally treated as an elemental duality in many fantasy settings.

if space and time are duality, how can that stuffs be calling "duality", whereas that stuffs not somethings that opposing each other.
