He has an iq of up to 1000...with no basis for it. Where's the reasoning? Where's the links? Should be removed

because if they were legit then our character at the beginning of the game wouldn't be able to speak or move properly as they'd have IQ lower than that of a baby

Having an IQ of that level doesn't always mean you can't speak and shit. And maybe they canonically just don't actually start with 1 IQ?

Average, possibly Genius in combat (can compete with the likes of machamp who has mastered every form of martial arts)
