About Zeno's AP

I have read for several threads that Zeno doesn't have 2-C ap but hax on 2-C level, but according to the profile he used a ki based attack. So can someone explain it?

Zen-Oh is 2-C because he is described as the most powerful and most omnipotent god in the entire world, placing him infinitely above the likes of the Angels and the Gods of Destruction. His erasure of the future world was purely hax, though.

Why does his profile say "with a ki blast"? Also he is 2-C by a statement but is that AP or hax?

Well there is some incorrect description on the profile, but the rating is not wrong

Zeno's AP justification is misleading, he did not use a ki blast, but an EE attack, but EE scales to AP in tier 2 for some reason, the reason why his dirability also scales is because he is above everyone else.
