A Character whose body and/or essence are pure energy/power of their own (Incorporeality). So hax (generally) can affect them if their tier is much higher than the hax's potency (eg: 2C energy with Low-2C hax) ? Even if the character is human size or whatever size ? Assume all haxes has NPI to interact with this character

are you asking if hax can work on him if he's made of 2c energy?

yeah if hax's potency and range below 2c. Same with all similar cases

Then no they cannot work on him. Say someone with basic energy manipulation tried manipulating, it wouldn't work as his own control of himself would be on a 2c level and the others wouldn't.

Or more simply, their hax wouldn't be able to effect a higher dimensional being/energy.

even it is conceptual, law, plot, fate hax or whatever? I don't mean only energy manipulation/Power null/absorption/copy... but all kinds of hax (with NPI to interact with them, not directly manipulation as energy manipulation)

Yes those would work.

Things like plot manipulation are already on a higher level. Law manipulation if its certain law manipulation would work as well. Fate hax may not work.

Wait. You said that hax wouldn't work since the character is a Higher dimension entity (as energy) ? Why those things ignore that even if their potency are not enough to affect? Also, conceptual mani or plot don't mean its levels always higher than 2C, I know things like this with range/potency less than city block, let alone planet or 2C

because those aren't operating on existence but on an idea or on the verse itself. Like certain concept manipulation would already be at that level and wouldn't need to run off 2c energy.

Its more something to argue over if you disagree in a versus thread or if there's big revision for the interactions of higher existence and such. Since certain verses may work differently its not a rule or sba. Though if you do have this knowledge already, then you shouldn't do the match.
