It's called the destructive beam of light and it crossed several hundred meters in the blink of an eye?

well the name alone does help it but if it can only cross 100 meters in a blink, it is not even mach 5, but if that's more of the characters not being able to follow it, it meets two criterias, though depends on how it beaves after fired and where it comes from

to get this accepted as light you need
-it to be called light
-have a reliable source (attack based on some real life light thing for example)
-reflects in non-magical mirrors
-flies in a straight line

out of these you need like 3

Well it needs to be stated to be "made purely of light/photons" or something similar along the lines

-have a reliable source (attack based on some real life light thing for example)
Technology-stuff works too, like murder-death SoL drone lasers and so on

-reflects in non-magical mirrors
Or water puddles, shiny metal surfaces (like knife blades, sword blades and the like), diffusion also falls under this, like when light diffuses onto the floors and somesuch.

-flies in a straight line
This one flies only if the "reflect" stuff criteria is fulfilled, that or you could try to see if the light diffuses on the ground (Which is also in the qualifying criteria on our Light feats page)

All these or you can try to look for reliable statements from reliable people which say the beam is travelling at the speed of light.

I'm not talking about delta the feat is from "The little tyrant doesn't want to meet end"
