Question about games with multiple routes

If a game has multiple routes and in each route the player character(s) gain different abilities how would we treat it? Would the player character(s) just have all the abilities they can get in the game listed?

I'll chime in and ask an extra question. If the game has multiple characters and one of their skill feats involves a decisive battle where the player can choose who to side with, what would happen if we make a VS Thread using both characters. For example, this video below

If I were to make Markus vs Connor here, how would this scene mess it up?

We would say they are comparable on the profile. If put against each other in a verses match, it would be treated like a normal vs match and the people in the thread could determine who wins or if the match is inconclusive.
