Context: An arrow is being shot at person A inside a temple/house. The arrow is being fired by an expert archer named person B who lives there. Suddenly, the arrow is diverted, due to the power of person C. Person c is the person who will live in that house 200 years in the future. Person C is also dead.
 
telekinesis with time travel, if they didn't do it themselves, either is automatic or something like probability manipulation
