I might lean on incon since both can likely one-shot each other and it really depends on who hits first. Connie doesn’t have the durability to survive 8-C or 8-A attacks nor does Captain America or his shield have the durability to deal with Connie’s 7-A sword.

Downgrade most likely, one of the 8-C calcs were shit, and the other one is baseline and was done by Cable, who is >>>>> most 8-Cs anywho.

Hence Wolverine and co. will retain their 8-C at baseline, while Captain America and friends will be lowered to upscale from Bucky's calc
