What tier would it be destroying all of earth's lands?
What tier would be destroying 5% of the earth?
What tier would it be freezing the heart down to its core?
What tier would be creating earth with no oceans?

Can I have a number
I don't know how to calculation that, but I know destroying Eurasia is baseline multi continental and destroying the entire earths surface is also multi continental, so land mass should be multi-continental, but I did find this.
Now we need a upper bound for Multi-Continent level. What would it take to destroy entire earth's surface? Earth's mean land height is 840m (I will use 1000m). Entire earth's land area is 1.4894 * 10^14 m^2. So, to destroy all 7 continents of earth one needs to only destroy 1.4894 * 10^23 cc of rock. Using fragmentation we get 285 teratons of TNT (Country level). Even if we use vaporization we still get only 915 petatons of TNT (Continent level). Now this method doesn't take into account that one explosion has to overcome air resistance and many other things to reach that far and all the energy of an explosion isn't used only to cause destruction, a lot of it goes into creating heat and many other way a lot of energy gets wasted. - source
