Vegeta downgrade

Are we ignoring Goku Blue Kaioken x10 moving DURING him skipping time orrrr?
Because he’s faster than hit and knew where he was going? It’s not much of a resistance cause goku only pulled it off by spamming the amp button over and over again

I disagree with the OP's line of thought. The entire premise that Toppo did not want to erase Vegeta is wrong. Here we see Toppo aim hakai blasts at Vegeta, who dodges it and it erases whatever it touches. Vegeta was able to punch through one of these, and then later he also powered through Toppo's final hakai.
Right, but it shouldn’t be an actual resistance cause he only did it through raw power.

He didn't predict shit, he moved inside the technique itself. It is a resistance. The way he did it is utterly irrevelant, if he is at SSBK10 and someone uses a similar technique, the same thing will happen, it will not work (depends on how the technique itself works, but assuming it's standard time stop).

He did have to predict things, otherwise he would have lost like vegeta did. Again, he did this by spamming the amp button over and over again, so it’s literally just a limited resistance

Currently we do not subscribe to the idea of higher ki = higher resistance against hax. There have been discussion about this in the past many times, but it was always rejected. If you want to claim that the technique itself has a weakness where it doesn't work on stronger opponents, then that is its own topic and you'll have to make a thread about how the technique is treated as a whole, not this specific scenario about Vegeta.

You already changed the argument from "not a resistance" to "limited resistance"
What makes it limited? If it's through raw power, whenever he has that much power, he will resist the ability.

Can the character stop the ability from working completely?
"Yes."
Then it's resistance
"But it's via an item/power/scenario"
Doesn't matter, still qualifies as a resistance. All that changes is how his resistance works.

But it only works at a certain power difference, making it limited. Also, I already clarified that it was already a limited resistance
