Jiren first key is just Jiren holding back, so, the first key need to be removed, same as Beerus that hold back against 3-A Goku but is rated as At least Low 2-C, Jiren is the same case here

Difference is that we don’t know the exact level for beerus’s full power. His feats weren’t too noteworthy unlike jiren.

So, Beerus has a lot of stuff even holding back, and still doesnt have 3-A key, Jiren case is the same, he shouldnt have his first key, as it is Jiren holding back

Again, jiren has evidence for a Low 2C key that’s used for other characters as well

No? the scaling from Low 2-C jiren is due being superior than Infinite Zamasu, so, just being superior than Infinite Zamasu is the scaling to Low 2-C, Jiren is just holding back, it wont cause a mess

Not really. Jiren had other feats that other characters scaled off, so removing the key would make it extremely annoying to organize that

Transcending time is not the reason, the world of void is just a infinite structure (nah, the infinite is just a wrong translation LOL), and Kefla is just scaling to a holding back Jiren who scales above Infinite zamasu, these characters can keep their Low 2-C keys, but Jiren was just holding back, thats my point, scaling the characters to a holding back Jiren is Okay, but Jiren keeping the wrong key is not okay

Nobody scales to Beerus, a weaker key is not important, but Jiren's is very important for the scaling, it's better to not remove it, but I see where you're coming from.

Goku doesn't scale to his tier because of beerus, he scales because he performed a feat, on the other hand the low 2-C's of the TOP scale to that tier because they scale to a holding back Jiren.
