Son Goku (Toei) Super Kaio-Ken

So question about Super Kaio-Ken Goku, if there is no answer due to this being too focused on purely what is stated in canon without any calculations or feats to back it up, then okay.

I was wondering about the canon chain of Super Saiyan, and if Kaio-Ken breaks it.
As said in several different places, Goku in his SSBKKx20 makes Goku's regular SSB form 20x more powerful in DBS.
So, does this mean that the most powerful SS form is Super Kaio-Ken? As the scaling for Super Saiyan goes:

Super Saiyan (50x more powerful than Base) < Super Saiyan 2 (At least 2x more powerful than Super Saiyan) < Super Saiyan 3 (4x more powerful than SS2)

So, does this mean that SKKx20 is more powerful than Super Saiyan 3, or is it just something that while used in the show, doesn't add up when actual feats exist?
