what if there was a universe where attack/destructive potency was different?

Basically in this universe. the physics and stuff don't follow our universe.

like destroying a moon that's about the size and same material doesn't equal moon level capability.

and destroying like a piece of paper is apparently moon level instead.

So how do you deal with this?


(also even though is a little off topic to the subject. Why does everything go back to how durable objects are?. Like when a person fights a character which scales to another character. everything goes back to destroying something. But that thing can't fight back. Basically everything goes back to objects and things like going deeper into the ocean/pressure.)

and also what if there's a verse where people fight each other but there are no objects that were destroyed like buildings or mountains etc. They also weren't in places like deep under the sea where pressure can determine how durable they are. (this maybe already answered from a previous thread i made but still i want to know what's the answer.)

As I said, we cant know it, it is pretty much a verse near-impossible to rate in powerwise
