Having Low 1-C AP/Dura doesnt means that the mindhax is Low 1-C, again, Anos can move his source even if he is mindhaxed

Missing the point. He didnt overcome the mindhax, his mind was still bounded by the chains, but his source was not, so he was able to move it

The point here is not that he overcomes the mindhax but that he can act with his source WHILE mindhaxed

But you have to prove he can do that over a low 1c ability that is literally an higher infinite.

Dude, if his mind was affected, 3-D, 4-D or 5-D mindhax doesnt matter, because all the cases it was a mindhax, he didnt overcome it, he just moved his source, and megaman cant affect his source due NEP, also, why is megaman mindhax Low 1-C?
 
At this point in the battle it should be clear that megaman could not affect Anos full NEP2, while Anos can affect him since he is not HDE.
 
Low 1C is only for his attack potency.Again Mindhax is not going to help as he can create a new soul and a new body, cuz his reactive evolution is passive.

Those aren't the only options. He could have overcome the ability to bring out source to escape from the bondage. This is all just assumption there is no specific answer.

Anos stomps. This needs to be closed now, as Mechaman cannot interact with Anos due to his NEP 2, Anos' reactive evolution will help him to adapt to all haxes of Mechaman, which are 4D in nature, Anos can BFR him repeatedly. Anos can seal him, become invisible. Mechaman cannot bypass Anos' tons of deadly haxes and immortality. And so, Anos wins.

secondly his mind wasn't the only thing that was in the bondage his body also was so he could move his source to make his body escape

You are asking and asking... There is no need to even show something that has already been accepted, just because you don't want to read profiles and other stuff... Besides, you don't prove that megaman hax is l1-C either.
